What Is Proposals History?

In addition to active proposals, Pasaj keeps a record of past proposals for each individual book. These include proposals that were:

Accepted
Declined
Withdrawn

There is no global proposals history page in Pasaj. All proposal records are stored at book level. This structure ensures clarity and prevents confusion when managing multiple book swap or book exchange requests.

If you want to review previous offers to swap books nearby or exchange books nearby, you must access them through the related book.

How to View Proposals History

To see the history of proposals for a specific book:

Go to My Books
Select the book you want to review.
Tap View Proposals.
Switch to the History tab.

You will now see the full list of past proposals related to that book.

Understanding Proposal Status Indicators

Each proposal in the History tab includes a status label. These indicators help you quickly understand what happened to that specific request.

Accepted

This means both parties agreed on the proposal.

Important

An Accepted status does not mean the actual book swap has been completed. It only confirms mutual approval to proceed with the chat and coordinate the exchange.

For accepted proposals, you will see:

History button
Chat button

Tapping Chat will take you directly to the related conversation to continue arranging the book exchange.

Declined

This means the other party declined the proposal. No further action is required.

Withdrawn

This means you decided to withdraw the proposal that you previously sent. The proposal is no longer active.

Viewing Detailed Proposal Timeline

Each proposal in the History tab includes a History button.

When tapped, this opens a detailed timeline page showing:

All key milestones
Timestamps of each action

This information is visible to both parties and ensures transparency throughout the proposal lifecycle.

Clearing Proposals History

If you want to remove all proposal history for the selected book:

Tap the More Options button in the top bar.
Tap Clear History.

This action will remove the historical proposal records for that book.

Make sure you review any important details before clearing, as this action may not be reversible.
