When you receive a message about a book exchange and read it, but prefer to respond later, you can manually mark that chat as unread. This helps you keep important swap discussions visible in your Active Chats list.
Marking a chat as unread ensures it appears with bold text and moves to the top of your Active tab, just like any new unread message.
This makes it easier to manage ongoing book swap conversations and avoid missing follow-ups.
