Overview
As you continue to swap books nearby and exchange books nearby, the number of your active and completed chats may increase. Instead of scrolling through your entire chat list, you can use the search feature inside Chats to find conversations by book title.
This feature is similar to searching in the Feed, but it works only within your Chats section and only for conversations that already exist.
You can use it to quickly access discussions related to a specific book, proposal, or completed swap.
Why Use Search in Chats?
Searching by book title in Chats allows you to:
- Find a specific book exchange conversation instantly.
- Resume an ongoing discussion without manually browsing the list.
- Review details before marking a book as swapped or withdrawn.
- Revisit past swaps in the History tab.
This is particularly helpful if you regularly find books nearby and manage multiple swap proposals at the same time.

- Try using only part of the title if you do not see results.
